Review: Etude House 0.2mm Therapy Air Mask in Aloe ★★★☆☆

Usually, I have written a few blog posts and scheduled them so that I can just rest at night. But, it seems that I have been lazy without writing the sheet mask reviews. So, today, I will be writing the review of the Etude House 0.2 Therapy Air Mask in Aloe.

If you have read my other blog posts from my Etude House Sheet Mask line, you will know that I tend to prefer watery essence consistency since they tend to absorb faster and give me enough hydration. Since I saw how the other masks from this mask line performed, I had high hopes for this mask as well.
As usual, Etude House's 0.2mm sheet mask line got 3 different essence types. The moist water type essence, the ampoule type essence and the emulsion type essence. From what I have experienced, the emulsion type essence is the thickest and the most moisturising while the moist water type essence is the thinnest and the most hydrating.
According to Etude House, this mask claimed to give enough moisture while soothe the skin.

The sheet mask material is a thin cottony type material that is thin and soft. Since it has a thin sheet mask, it is difficult to unfold with the essence after I took out from the packet. Although the sheet mask is thin, it is not easily tearable and can stretch a bit to fit your face. Once the mask is on, it won't come off that easily. The fit is like a glove on my face and I can do my housework and other stuff while wearing the mask.

The essence is the watery clear essence that is very drippy. So, make sure to be careful while you are unfolding the mask since it will drip a lot. I tend to unfold and put on the sheet mask at my sink so that it won't get messy inside my room. There is 20ml of essence in the packet. I love the fact that it still has a lot of essence leftover after I have applied the mask on the face.

As usual, I left it on my face for 20 minutes and for some reason, this mask dried out quite fast. Around 15 minutes mark, most of my T-zone area is dry already. It was such a surprise since other moist water type essence masks tend to last longer than other types of masks.

Overall, I didn't feel much difference after I removed the mask that has been on my face for 20 minutes. I felt cooling sensation throughout the mask weartime but I didn't see any difference at all. Other masks tend to give me more moisture and hydration to my face so this mask is a meh product for me. I give 3 stars out of 5 for this mask.
