Review: Innisfree It's Real Squeeze Mask in Shea Butter ★★★☆☆

I always find shea butter a very amazing ingredient for moisturising the skin. I especially love using shea butter on my body although I don't really love using it on my face. It is because I have oily combination skin. Shea butter always feel so moisturising on my face so I don't like it that much. But, as my skin got a lot drier than it was 2 years ago, I decided that I should try using this sheet mask.

As usual, I got this mask from Innisfree Singapore during Buy 10 get 10 free period so I decided to use them up before they expire. Usually, they are around SGD2 per sheet mask. Right now, they came out with the new formula and updated packing of the "It's real squeeze mask" line in Innisfree so you can get the old sheet masks in a lot cheaper price since they are clearing stocks.

So, let's start this review!

According to Innisfree, it claims to give your skin a deep moisturising effect with the mask.

Ingredients - Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Fruit Extract, Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Dimethicone, PEG-100 Stearate, Carbomer, Shea Butter(20mg), Xanthan Gum, Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Hydroxide, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Sodium Hyaluronate, Prickly Pear Extract, Camellia Leaf Extract, The green Tea Extract, Orchid Extract, Tangerine Peel Extract, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance

I love the mask material for this mask. It is a thick cottony sheet mask that is soaked in the essence. Since the mask is a thicker layer than the normal ones, it absorbs the essence more and it will not tear when applying it.

The essence is a milky essence that is a thick in texture and there is very faint scent that is not overwhelming. Most of the essence is soaked in the mask so there is very little essence left in the packet when applying it.

As usual, I left it on for 20 minutes. Around at 10 minutes point, some of the ends started drying up and when I removed at the 20 minutes, the mask is almost dried up. Although it is claimed to be deep moisturising, my skin didn't felt much of the deep moisturising effect. I was a bit disappointed in this mask since it didn't perform what it should. I had high hopes for shea butter and this mask but I was kinda disappointed. Therefore, I will give this mask a 3 stars out of 5. It didn't do anything to my skin so I won't repurchase again.
