Review: Innisfree It's Real Squeeze Mask in Tea Tree ★★★☆☆

Well, time to start using the Innisfree masks before they expire. Although they would expire next year, I still have other masks that I need to use so I am going to see which ones I like the most and use them up one every day. So, this review is going to be more of my diary of sheet masks that I used and which ones I like the most.

Today's choice is tea tree. I got some duplicates in some of the masks and I would be using them up as well. I got the masks from Innisfree stores during the sale of buy 10 get 10 free around 2 years ago. I am finally going to use them up and move on to my other sheet masks that I have.

Since I don't have severe acne anymore and I bought a lot of tea tree masks during that time, I am going to use and see how it will react to my acne or clear skin. The reason why I chose the tea tree one on this particular day was when I got 2 small acnes on my skin from stress. I wanted to see how it will do my acne.

According to Innisfree, it claims to clear the skin while keeps the skin healthy.

The mask material was thicker than the cucumber one and was soaked in the essence. The fit of the mask was way nicer with small holes for mouth which is always a good thing for me. I love how the mask covers my chin properly. There is very feint tea tree scent coming from the mask when applied it on my face.

When I first applied it on my face, I felt the cooling sensation and calming on my face. It was nice and cooling and your skin will feel very relaxed while applied on the face. There is around 20ml of essence in the mask and most of them are soaked inside the sheet mask. The essence is a very clear watery consistency and there are some leftover inside the package.

I left the mask for 20 minutes as usual and after 20 minutes, I removed the mask. When I removed the mask, I can still feel some areas of the mask left very soaked in the essence but areas like my T-zone area and my forehead area, the mask is quite dry.

I used the mask to see whether it will work against my acne since tea tree is an ingredient very good for acne. After using this mask, my acne was the same although my skin felt very moisturised. I didn't have the clear skin as this mask claimed to do also so I was a bit disappointed.

Overall, I will give this mask a 3 stars out of 5 since it didn't perform as it claimed to be. It is a nice mask to calm the skin down from acne but it won't help with the acne for me. If it worked for you, I would like to know in the comments below. Please let me know your experience.
